We will be creating “apple leathers” from wasted apple skins of local apple tree field producers for own use, but most importantly for Fashion Designers, Brands, Industries.
Our vision is for MISS POLYPLEXI to become a 100% Sustainable brand in the next five years. But since we also use leather, our goal is to replace it with bio/vegan leather that will be produced from leftover apples in Greece. So one of our basic materials will no longer be either animal skin or synthetic materials and will be designed in such a way that they can be constantly renewed offering a custom-made bag to the consumer and at the same time a solution to over-consumerism and the negative impact that has the fashion industry in the environment. The bags will be able to change peripheral accessories as well as add others (eg nametags, initials, symbols, shapes) to make their own unique bag.
