Bootcamps are intensive crash courses on innovative entrepreneurship that induct participants to venture creation or offer them in-depth insights on selected elements of venture development.
In our PowerUp and Xplore Bootcamps, aspiring founders kickstart their entrepreneurial endeavour with day-long trainings aiming to help them refine their idea, test its value and validate initial assumptions about their solution. Such bootcamps are a great opportunity for individuals to explore whether entrepreneurship is a good fit for them. They are generally addressed to individuals or teams at the ideation stage or taking their first, very early steps in entrepreneurship.
The DeepDive Bootcamps are designed for more advanced entrepreneurs offering deep-dives on select subjects of venture growth. Focusing on specific challenges of entrepreneurship, these bootcamps provide participants with specialized expertise and hands-on training on the particular subject matetrs.
Bootcamps are usually sector agnostic and may be delivered online, onsite or hybrid.
This is a short programme condensed in a 2+2weeks series of workshops, mentoring and coaching with the aim to help participants explore the potential of their idea and better understand the process of venture creation. Participants are introduced to entrepreneurship tools and methods to validate and assess their business proposition, in order to refine (or pivot) their idea. Mentorship and coaching are an essential part of this programme, enabling participants to get a hands-on understanding of what being an entrepreneur means and what are the hard and soft skills-sets required for this challenging path ahead.
The programme leads to the design of an action plan to move the idea forward as a venture. After the conclusion of the bootcamp, a select number of participating teams may continue to receive mentoring support and be invited to interview for the next Incubation round or other Orange Grove programmes.

Orange Grove organizes 3-day bootcamps offering aspiring or early-stage entrepreneurs tools and insights to test their idea and develop their venture. These programmes are custom designed and differ in themes and structure. They are built around interactive workshops and usually focus on essential entrepreneurship skills, using startup approaches to venture development by helping participants acquire insights on basic fundamentals of the lean startup methodology, the business model canvas, problem/solution fit, market research and the art of pitching.
Previous bootcamps have been delivered in collaboration with our Knowledge Partners in the Netherlands, such as the Amsterdam Centre for Entrepreneurship (ACE), or local partners of the Orange Grove trainers and mentors’ network. After the conclusion of the bootcamp, a select number of participating teams may continue to receive mentoring support and be invited to interview for the next Incubation round or other Orange Grove programmes.
DeepDive bootcamps delve into specialized elements of venture creation and growth. Their themes may include anything from growth hacking, marketing and experiment design to sales flows or investment readiness. During such bootcamps participants will focus on particular subjects and receive in-depth insights by leading experts on the field, offering them tools to tackle specific challenges and design effective strategies during their startup journey.
DeepDives are addressed at early-stage or more mature entrepreneurs seeking the development of specific skills-sets.
Just like the Xplore bootcamps, these bootcamps have been delivered in collaboration with our Knowledge Partners in the Netherlands, such as the Amsterdam Centre for Entrepreneurship (ACE), or local partners of the Orange Grove trainers and mentors network.
