Infoscope Hellas has developed Meterscope, an Industry 4.0 ready monitoring system that ensures food product quality from farm to shelf. It intelligently manages data collected from IoT devices in order to digitize and automate HACCP procedures and business operations throughout the food value chain.
Being active in the market since mid 2017 Meterscope helps over 250 businesses prevent food losses and minimize operating costs by ensuring proper equipment function. Meterscope is now evolving into an A to Z cold-chain digitization tool with tailor made versions depending on the food vertical it serves.
Starting from the dairy sector, Meterscope Milk 4.0 version, already underwent extensive pilots in farms and factories and currently is commercially available. Meterscope Milk 4.0 monitors milk quality throughout the processes of collection in milk tanks in farms, processing in factories, storage in cold rooms, distribution with tracks and guarantees the improvement of dairy products’ quality. The venture has been awarded in the EU EIT Jumpstart Grand Finals 2020 with the Impact prize.
