Vlassis Adraktas is Program Officer at the Bodossaki Foundation, designing programs and managing grants in education, entrepreneurship and the capacity-building of non-profit organizations. Additionally, Vlassis works in a team responsible for the sourcing, evaluation, refinement and management of projects in the context of the Foundation’s cooperation with the Trans-Adriatic Pipeline in its Social and Environmental Investment Program.
In the same capacity he was responsible for the overall coordination of grants for the capacity building of NGOs of the EEA Grants in Greece for 2009-2014.

Mr. Bourtzos joined the Navy in 1982 and after he graduated from the Naval Academy of Greece as an Ensign Engineer Officer served in various warships such as destroyers and torpedo boats until he left as a Lieutenant in 1994. As a Chief engineer of a torpedo boat he was responsible to train, organise and co-ordinate a crew of 25 men and 10 professionals. He developed and executed the modernisation plan of the torpedo boat, which was commanding engineer officer, specifically the overhaul of propulsion and electrical systems. Directed the working units organised the logistic support and spare-parts supply, supervised the maintenance of the propulsion system’s and auxiliary equipment. While he was in the Navy he worked as technical advisor for a small shipping firm where he re-engineered the spare-part supply chain. Identified suppliers with global distribution capabilities improved the spare-parts circulation and forecasting of inventory.

Marcel is an Attorney-at-law, admitted to the Athens Bar Association and the managing partner of Cremer & Partners law office.
Prior to his career in the legal field, he acquired significant experience in London through his involvement in real estate investments working as an advisor for leading real estate firms in London, between 2003 and 2006.

Joost Frijda (1970) was born and raised in the Netherlands. He finishes his architecture studies at the Delft University of Technology in 1995, after which he moved to Greece. The office gfra architecture was founded in 2004 by Tasos Gousis, Joost Frijda and Eddie Roberts as a result of many years of cooperation in previous associations where they participated with the major Greek projects of the previous decade, such as projects for the Olympic Games, the new Athens airport and the Acropolis Museum competition. Projects undertaken by gfra are apart from Orange Grove and the Netherlands embassy in Greece: offices, housing, cultural projects and leisure and tourism projects.
Currently serving as the CEO of HVA International, a Dutch agricultural consultancy, Miltiadis has an extensive background in finance, cost engineering and project management. His expertise is currently focused on developing large scale agricultural projects for PEVC funds worldwide.
Miltiadis founded CostWise in 2008, a company that tailored custom-made cost models and conducted a wide array of due diligence assignments. Participation in the TEPSIE project research, in collaboration with six European institutions aimed at understanding the theoretical, empirical and policy foundations for developing the field of social innovation in Europe. The project explored the barriers to innovation, as well as the structures and resources that are required to support social innovation on a European level. The importance of social innovation is reflected in the growing interest among foundations, policy makers and entrepreneurs. Despite this surge of interest, social innovation is still an emerging field. TEPSIE aimed to help fill this gap
Participation in the Cimulact Project, aiming to add to the relevance and accountability of European research and innovation – Horizon 2020 as well as on national levels - by engaging citizens and stakeholders in the co-creation of research agendas based on real and validated societal visions, needs and demands. The project will expand the outlook and debate on Science Technology and Innovation issues, increase scientific literacy in a broad sense, which includes the understanding of the societal role of Science, 2Technology and innovation (STI), and create shared understanding between scientific stakeholders, policy- makers and citizens.
From 2007 until 2008 I participated in the study of Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development entitled “International Study on Globalization and Open Innovation in the context of the Operational Competitiveness Program” 2000-2009 of the General Secretary of Research and Technology Institution.
From 2006 until 2009 I was Responsible for the project GATE2START. This project refers to a radical model for the successful exploitation of the innovation coming from research activities. The project’s target is the organizing of seminars for the updating and training of the researchers and businessmen regarding business and market issues in general, as well as the creation of the local networks of basic factors influencing the innovation.
In 2005 I was Responsible for the project: "Providing Expertise and Support Consulting for the National Strategic Development Plan for the years 2007 – 2013" on behalf of the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare of Greece for the preparation of the 4 th Community Support Framework. Scope of the project, achieved through consulting and extended analysis of national and international health policies, is to enhance the quality of the services and ease the access citizens have to Health and Social Welfare services, to advance the Welfare system in order to ensure the conditions of social inclusion, to complete the Reformation of the Mental Health Sector, to strengthen the position of the Health and Social Welfare Sector in Southeastern Europe, to develop the appropriate systems for rational management and use of energy and of the environment and system for the protection of public health and to readjust the position of the Health and Social Welfare Organizations in the Knowledge Based Society while forming the human capital of the sector.
In 2003 I participated as an expert of the European Union team in the China-EU Science and Society Seminar, organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China and by the European Union, which took place on 10 & 11 November, at Beijing, China.
In 2003 I was Rapporteur for the International Conference “Scientific Advice, Crisis Management and Media” organised under the Greek Presidency in Athens on the 9 th -10 th June.
Since March 2002, I participate in the Study “Representative Samples of Scientific Advice Structures and the Scientific Advice production Methodologies - BIOTERROR”, funded by DG Research. The purpose of the study was to monitor and analyse the processes by which scientific advice provision, in the bio-terror case, catalyses interactions among the scientific community, the policy-making structures, the media and society at large and influences policy actions. Within this context interviews were conducted in Greece, France and the US, and relevant reports were delivered respectively.
In 2003 I was responsible for the development of a short brochure for Research and Development in Greece for 2003, funded by the General Secretariat of Research and Technology – Ministry of Development.

Eleni has held a broad spectrum of positions in international corporations, including over 15 years in IBM Europe, where her main role was Marketing Director EMEA. She also held strategic positions in Accenture France, Cable and Wireless UK, UNESCO etc. Her coaching company clients include Nexans, Netstudio, the Netherlands Embassy in Athens and individuals working for a variety of market sectors.
She also offers pro-bono coaching and mentoring to start-ups and charities and she is a board member of the charity organisation Filotis and a founding member of KEMEL (Centre of Greek Volunteer top Managers).
Dimitris finished the EAP Grande Ecole with a Master in Marketing and started his career in FCB Wilkens Advertising Agency in Hamburg. In 1998 he joined Unilever where he worked in various management positions in marketing & trade marketing. In 2012 he joined the Global Unilever Food Solutions team in Rotterdam as Global Trade Channel Marketing Manager. In 2014 Dimitris returned to Greece in the position of Marketing manager Foods and since the end of 2017 he is the Marketing Director of Foods & Tea for South East Europe.
Panagiotis has more than 20 years of experience with the global consulting firms (KPMG, PwC and Andersen) as well as with local boutique consulting firms. He has participated and led numerous projects for customers in Greece and the Southeast Europe operating in different industries (General Commerce, FMCG, Insurance, Central Government, and Energy and Utilities).
He has developed strong analytical And problem-solving skills combined with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership capabilities. He is specialized in Organization Design and Process Improvement, Business Planning (Operational and Financial), Strategy Implementation, Risk Management and Entrepreneurship.
Panagiotis holds an B.Sc. in Economics and has recently completed TRIUM Executive MBA, a leading program jointly conferred by London School of Economics, New York University-Stern School of Business and HEC Business School in Paris focusing in Entrepreneurship and start-ups. Following the completion of the program, along with 5 other TRIUM colleagues, they developed a business case and a plan for a non-for-profit organization in India, in the field of poverty alleviation. The new organization went live in 2015.
Epameinondas obtained his law degree from the Law Faculty of the University of Athens, while he completed his LL.M. studies at King’s College London with specialization in International Commercial Law. Later on, he received his diploma in Tax Law from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2008 and he is also registered as European Lawyer in England and Wales (UK). He specializes in Corporate Law, ADR, Tax Law, Media Law and Digital Law. Epameinondas writes articles focusing on the economic and political environment of Greece that have been published in both print and online highly respectful media. He has served as a member of various committees and boards. He speaks English and German.
Arjan has a background in sales and marketing. He finished multiple evening studies, for instance Business Administration and the postmaster Learning, Development and Change. After multiple commercial posts he started in 2002 as a entrepreneur in Training/Coaching. In the course of time his company ‘Accent op Ontwikkeling’ grew to an organisation that provides solutions and services for learning, development and change issues within companies and organisations. Arjan is specialized in learning and change issues with focus on culture within teams and organisations. He is also active as a moderator and chairman of business meetings and is a speaker about topics such as entrepreneurship, leadership and customer focus.
George Tentes is a consultant on environment and sustainability, in Green 2 Sustain pcc. His job is to find solutions to complicated challenges related to: environmental research funding; social, environmental and financial sustainability of enterprises; and regulatory barriers of product and business development. He was part of teams that raised more than 17 million euros in EU funding for environment and resources research in the last 5 years.
He has a Major in Mining Engineering and an MSc in Environmental Management of water resources. In addition, he has obtained a PhD in Environmental Economics and he has been working in the environment & sustainability sector for more than 15 years.
The few times that he is away from his laptop, he spends with his wife and two daughters, reading books or playing his favourite cello. Currently, he is combating water pollution in Greece and Turkey and looking for funds for innovative sustainability ideas.

Theodore Tollis is the Executive Director of Employment Solutions Division of ICAP Group since March 2008 after the buyout of the business. In parallel, he is an appointed Director of ICAP Employment Solutions Romania Srl and ICAP Cyprus.
Theodore has more than 27 years professional experience mostly in consulting (general business, change management, IT and HR). Except Greece, he has worked for several years in various countries in Europe and various locations in USA. During his professional career, he has worked in international companies in IT projects, redesign processes, getting involved with change management and human resources in the USA and Europe. Have been directly involved in several (20) US and European SAP R/3, SAP HR, CRM, SCM and EAI tool implementations and e-commerce projects working as a team lead, project lead and project manager/director getting valuable hands-on experience.
Theodore has served for two years as Director of Information Technology Europe in a large specialty chemical company Crompton Corp (now Chemtura) based in London. Responsible for the European SAP roll out in various locations and the support and upgrade of existing SAP locations. Direct a team of some 50 individuals across Europe in supporting head office, local manufacturing plants (8), sales offices and their management with up-to-date and relevant data with which the company can run its operations together with hardware and software support as required. The user community included 1000 individuals.
In the last 15 years, after his return to Greece, Theodore served as a General Manager at a group company of National Bank of Greece, as Chairman and CEO of two major public hospitals, Laiko and KAT. Currently he is the Executive Director Director of ICAP Employment Solutions, which employs 2,200 staff at its customer’s premises.
Theodore has studied Mathematics and Computer Science in the U.S. Holds two M.S. Degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (Mathematics) and the University of Texas at Dallas (Computer Science) and a Ph.D. in Mathematics/Theoretical Computer Science. Holds a continuing education certificate in Business Administration and Technology from Harvard University and is a member of the Academy of Sciences of New York.
Since 2004 Costas is the Owner and CEO of VK PREMIUM Business Consultants LTD. Before that Costas worked for Coca–Cola in Ireland, Switzerland and Greece in various managerial positions in Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Production. He also worked as Operations and Supply Chain Manager for Alumil Milonas an Aluminum Extrusion Company (turnover €200mil) in charge of the operations (production facilities and logistics Centers) in 13 countries. Costas is a Chemical Engineer (Aristotle University, Thessaloniki, Greece) with an MBA (Strathclyde University, Great Britain). Costas is also the President of Greek Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce
