Phase 1: Validate (10 weeks)
– Engage in dynamic workshops covering mindset, skills, and business fundamentals, led by acclaimed local and international trainers.
– Receive ongoing hands-on support from the Orange Grove team and mentor network.
Phase 2: Build (6 weeks)
– Tailored, advanced workshops focusing on your specific challenges and growth areas.
– Personalized mentoring and on-demand 1:1 sessions with industry experts to refine and grow your venture.
Note: Advancement to Phase 2 is selective, based on progress and commitment during Phase 1.

Who can apply to join Orange Grove?
Early-stage entrepreneurs or teams with innovative, viable ideas ready to commit to growth. No prior academic or professional background required, but strong market knowledge of the sector you aim at will be needed if you want your idea to evolve. Applicants must speak English and Greek, be over 18, and have a connection to Greece or the Netherlands. Business ideas must comply with EU and Greek law.
Who are we looking for?
Innovators passionate about turning ideas into thriving ventures, eager to learn and grow alongside a community of ambitious founders and expert mentors.
Are there sector restrictions?
We welcome ideas from all sectors –except military, gambling, tobacco or connected to any activities that are illegal, violate rights, morality, or public interest.
Application Process
What happens after I apply?
Applications are reviewed by a selection committee; shortlisted candidates are invited for online interviews. Final selections join the incubation programme or, if suitable, may be offered alternative programmes.
Am I legally bound to join if selected?
No legal obligation, but we expect commitment and respect for the volunteer selection committee’s time.
Is there a participation fee?
No. Thanks to our sponsors, the programme is fully funded and free to join.
Can my whole team join?
We allow up to 5 members per startup team. For larger teams, contact us at startups@orangegrove.eu.
Does Orange Grove claim equity or IP?
No, you retain full ownership of your business idea and results.
I don’t live in Athens or Patras, can I still apply?
Yes! The programme is online and open to applicants nationwide and beyond. If you are applying from abroad, there must be a connection to Greece or the Netherlands (eg. a team member, interest in doing business in one of the countries etc.). Joining our in-person events is highly encouraged, but optional.
Can we apply if we have previously graduated from another incubator?
Yes, you can apply. While there are many incubators, their focus and specialization vary. If you’ve previously participated in another incubator programme, please tell us about it so we can help you decide whether our programme is the right fit for your next step.
Your application will be shared with the Orange Grove team and selection committee. Please avoid including sensitive intellectual property or “secret sauce” details.
