Orange Grove empowers talented individuals to grow their vision into innovative ventures. We support aspiring and early-stage founders through horizontal and vertical entrepreneurship programmes, skills development and transfer of international know-how.
Participation to the Orange Grove programmes takes place through an application and selection process. Once a Call for Applications is announced for the programme you are interested in, you must fill in the Call’s form and submit.
A selection process begins after the Call ends and applications are reviewed. Incubation and Acceleration programmes next require a round of interviews with shortlisted candidates, before the list of successful applicants is finalized. Other OG programmes do not usually require an interview.
Successful candidates are invited to join the programme’s cohort of talented venturers for a series of intensive trainings, mentorship and networking. As a hybrid incubator, programmes may be delivered online, onsite or on a hybrid basis.
During the programme, the founders work closely with our team and mentors to create a plan of actionable milestones that will help them lead their business towards a path of success. In this journey, the founders are supported through trainings, mentoring and 1-1 sessions.
Programme graduates remain part of the Orange Grove ecosystem, benefiting from access to an extended community of alumni founders, industry experts, seasoned entrepreneurs and much more, supporting their entrepreneurial journey in its next phases. Growing your business doesn’t have to be solitary.

Our curriculum provides training on startup methodologies and business essentials, such us product-market fit, marketing, finance, organization building, pitching and much more.
